(v) The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) seeks offers for a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Economic Analysis and Evaluation Services of MCC-Funded Transportation Projects in various countries. MCC intends on awarding 5 to 10 BPAs. As part of this solicitation, MCC also seeks to award the first two call orders against the BPA for Independent Evaluations of MCC-Funded Transportation Activities in Cabo Verde and Mongolia.
(vi) Dates and places of delivery are included in the solicitation document. Acceptance is at the Government location and all deliveries are FOB destination.
