RFP #P13955 - On Call Building Code Plan Review Services

It is the intent of the County to select all qualified firms in their "most highly qualified" ranked order for a Qualified Service Provider List (“Eligibility List”) to provide building code plan review services. The contractor will review all the documents which consists of plans, specifications, engineering data, and supporting documents for design to determine whether theitems comply with all applicable ordinances and state building codes and all local codes and regulations required by the County.
