Scope of Work Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP or solicitation) from registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms qualified in providing Uniformed Security Guard Services. Only proposals from firms / individuals registered as SBEs with Port Tampa Bay, the City of Tampa, or Hillsborough County will be accepted; proof of Certification is required with submittal. The successful firm will be required to self-perform a minimum of fifty percent (50%) of the contracted services.
