VERIFICATION SURVEY SERRVICES

INVITATION TO PROPOSERS


The Department of Aviation invites firms to submit qualifications to provide verification survey services at any of its airports on Federal Aviation Administration funded projects scheduled to start over the next five fiscal years (2021 to 2025). The firm(s) selected upon review of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and interviews if required, will provide:

OWNER’s verification surveys for work done by construction contractors for FAA funded projects. The CONSULTANT’s services are to include, but are not limited to, furnishing all qualified personnel, survey instruments, transportation, field notebooks, stakes, electronic CAD files with COGO points, earthwork, and pavement volume analyses, and any other items required to verify (on behalf of the OWNER) the accuracy of the construction work performed on an Airport Capital Improvement Program project. The CONSULTANT’s verification process shall assure that the field survey notes accurately reflect the installed condition of the work both from a location and quantity point of view.
