Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors On February 8, 2024, the State Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 36 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations deal with updates to terminology used in various regulations in accordance with implementing statutory changes to AS 08.48 under SB 126 – Chapter 13, SLA 2023 and updating the requirements for the use of digital signatures. The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on March 19, 2024, and will go into effect on April 18, 2024.
