Description: Walton County is embarking on a Capital Improvement Project to replace its Fire Station No. 7. Specifically, the Fire Station was lost to a fire and is in need of immediate replacement. It is the desire of Walton County to engage the services of a Design-Build Firm or Team to design and build this Fire Station. A Pre-submission Conference to respond to all inquiries with regard to this Project will be held at 1:30 P.M. E.D.T on MONDAY, May 23, 2022, at the Walton County Fire Rescue Station No. 2 located at 1000 Heritage Parkway, Loganville, Georgia 30656 . Attendance is highly recommended but not mandatory. SUBMISSIONS ARE TO BE SEALED, MARKED WITH THE OFFEROR‘S NAME AND ADDRESS AND LABELED: RFP #2022-14 DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES FOR FIRE STATION NO. 7 REPLACEMENT and delivered to Rhonda Hawk, Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad St., Monroe, Ga. 30655; no later than 1:30 P.M. E.D.T, WEDNESDAY, JUNE 15, 2022. Submissions received after said date and time will not be considered.
