Summary DetailsProvide new, complete, operational and tested mechanical hydronic heat pump fancoils as described herein, indicated on the drawings and in full conformance withapplicable codes, standards and ordinances. Provide all labour, materials and products as specified, and as required to accomplish this work. Existing DDC panels will be upgraded by ESC Automation to suit the roof top unit upgrade. DDC Controls will be a separate contract between the School District and ESC Automation. Mechanical Contractor shall coordinate and cooperate with the DDC control Contractor for the locations of the required pressure, and temperature sensorsas well as the operation and commissioning of the upgraded hydronic system.The mechanical contractor shall act as the Prime Contractor for this project, responsible for the coordination of all trades required to carry out the work as described herein.
