Roadside and rough-cut mowing shall be performed by the Contractor to provide a safe driving environment with good visibility of road signs and pedestrians, and to provide neat groomed roadsides for the City of Vernon. Also, to control weed and brush growth minimizing fire hazards within specific City owned park areas. The RFQ timetable is tentative only, and may be changed by the City at any time. Bids received after the Submission Deadline will be not be accepted.
