Prefabricated Bathroom/Shower Buildings

(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement is the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(2) This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP).  The resulting contract will be firm fixed price.(3) To be eligible for award, the Offeror must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, with completed Representations and Certifications.(4)  The performance period for this service is to be determined.(5)  The NAICS code for this requirement is 238120 – Structural Steel and Precast Concrete Contractors with a small business size standard of $10 million.(6)  A site visit is not planned at this time.  If a site visit is desired, please e-mail
