Apr 21, 2017 10:17 am USACE, Baltimore District intends to extend the current contract number W912DR-12-D-0021. The current contract expires on 23 September 2017, and it is anticipated to extend for another two (2) years and seven (7) days. The additional time is required to allow sufficient time for completion of the programmed work.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this project based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the
