END OF UPDATE*** The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to the Spring Lake Park Concessions Request For Proposal (RFP) to award the food concession operation at Spring Lake Park in Santa Rosa, California. ***MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference & Concession Building Walk Through.*** ***10:00 am – 11:00 am at the Spring Lake Park Concession Building. ******** OVERVIEW: The Spring Lake Park Concession is located immediately adjacent to a 2.5-acre lifeguarded swimming lagoon and floating water park operated from Memorial Day through mid-September. Regional Parks is looking for a vendor to provide the best quality food, drink and
other items at a reasonable cost in a café-like environment. QUESTIONS: Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential proposers through an addendum on the County’s Supplier Portal and email notification. LIVING WAGE: The living wage rate required under the County’s Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2024, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $18.10 per hour, an increase over the previous $17.65 per hour. The increase was adopted by the County’s Board of Supervisors on December 12, 2023, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate. SUPPLIER PORTAL: Login to the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal to view the RFP and all supplemental documents.
