Description:
The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) is pleased to announce the opportunity to provide printing and mailing services. The District currently seeks to pre-qualify printing firms for the 1) printing, bindery, and delivery or shipping of the 1) District’s quarterly newsletter, 2) brochures, 3) as well as other miscellaneous printing and mailing projects. The consultant(s) selected through this RFQP will be pre-qualified to provide proposals for printing and mailing services for specific projects, on an on-call/ as-needed basis. The District expects to enter into contracts with approximately two to three of the most qualified proposers to provide on-call services for a contract term of up to four (4) years.
 
The District plans to select the top two to three firms based on qualifications and competitive rates (see Attachment A, Example Quotes in RFPQ document). These pre-qualified firms will then be asked to prepare cost proposals for specific projects on an on-call/ as-needed basis. In selecting a firm from the pre-qualified list to complete a specific project, the District will consider the cost proposal for each specific project, and the ability of the firm to meet the District’s schedule. If two or more firms are similarly qualified individual scopes of work may be offered on an alternating basis or based on availability to perform the work in a timely fashion.
