The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend and change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-08922 (Lot 7, Block 8), consisting of approximately 17,217 square feet, at Talkeetna Airport for an additional 5 years. Applicant: Shawn Thelen. Annual rent: $2,479.25. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical – continued operation and maintenance of a building and property in support of the sales, service, and rental of bicycles. Placement of two (2) 40’x10’ Connex and a 12’x16’ temporary building.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.
