Solicitation Description: Gulf Coast Water Authority is looking to repair damages from Hurricane Harvey. This project is obligated through TDEM and is FEMA funded. The Briscoe Pumping Plant consists of three water intake pumps. Restoration and hazard mitigation will occur along Steep Bank Creek and Brazos River. Restoration and hazard mitigation of Steep Bank Creek will consist of grading and a rip rap protection design.
