The tendered work generally consists of: Installation of erosion and sediment control

measures;Clearing and grubbing of existing trees and brush within the limits of grading and construction;Installation of watermain, and sanitary sewer including backfilling operations;Installation of residential sanitary and watermain services for the undeveloped residential lots along Beachwood Road;Site restoration work including topsoil, seed and cover or sod for boulevards and disturbed areas within the construction area.
