REQUEST FOR SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION FOR VEHICLE PROGRAM FOR UPFITTING SERVICE Project Description :This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is issued by the Toronto Transit Commission (“TTC”). The process sets out in the RFSQ will begin with the issuance of this RFSQ and will end, with the identification of the Qualified Respondents that will be eligible to execute a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for the R76SM22742 Program. The TTC’s Vehicle Program Department (VP) procures, manages and operates nonrevenue vehicles and equipment overhaul activities. The Vehicle Program for Upfitting Service – MSA will support VP’s Non-Revenue Vehicle Engineering and Operations teams in providing upfitting service that include, but are not limit to operational vehicles and shop equipment across the TTC (e.g., construction equipment, large hand tools, light duty vehicle, cube trucks, cargo vans, pickup trucks, forklifts, sweepers, scrubbers, sedans, SUVs,
