SummaryVTA is currently seeking a Contractor that must provide routine and preventive maintenance, periodic operation of all warning devices, signal systems and related equipment at or near each at-grade highway rail crossing located between MP 4.21 and MP 5.77 on the Vasona Industrial Lead. These services must include the completion and filing of all required accident, hazard, and malfunction and incident reports. These services must comply with all applicable regulations of the Federal Railroad Administration, including, without limitation, those portions of 49 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 213, 214, 234, 219, 220, 225, 228, and 236 which provide minimum standards for the operations and maintenance of such warning systems and all safety-related reporting and supervision.1.2.
