McMinn County Higher Education Training Facility

Statewide McMinn County Higher Education Training Facility Construct a facility to allow collaboration between TCAT Athens, ClSCC, UT Extension, Adult Education and local industry. Project will relocate current ClSCC leased space, expand TCAT programs for machine tool tech, mechanical maintenance electrical & instrumentation, relocate both UT Extension and Adult Education, and create a space for local industry training. 1) Proposers should submit their firm's direct project experience as the prime Designer for projects similar to the above description, 2) Proposers submitting projects completed by consultants must clearly identify the consultant and your firms past experience with that consultant, 3) Design will be accelerated and the proposal must include an anticipated schedule for design services. Include the schedule as section C3 on the TBR Letter of Interest Form. The proposal maximum page limit is extended to five. The project is currently funded for pre-planning services only.
