The City of Buda is seeking to enter a professional services contract for engineering services with a State of Texas-registered engineer to assist with pre-award and post-award engineering services of its proposed HMA project(s) if funded by FEMA through TDEM. The City intends to seek funding in support of a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA) Project(s) to increase resilience due to the impacts of climate change (DR 4586 and climate change funds DR 4485).
