This annual, one-day summit brings hundreds of AmeriCorps members across Illinois and serves as a convening for current and potential providers for National Service in Illinois. This one-day conference scheduled for May 19, 2023, has taken place in person in the past and will be held virtually for the first time in order to better accommodate attendee accessibility all over the state. Serve Illinois Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service seeks a virtual event platform vendor to perform the following: The vendor will have system capacity to host 500 to 700 attendees for the Illinois National Service Virtual Summit through a live forum on May 19, 20023 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The vendor will have the staff capacity to meet with Serve Illinois staff, summit presenters, and other stakeholders to provide training on how to add content, materials, visuals, and other conference related actionable item. The vendor will have the system capacity to provide virtual registration for up 700 attendees including AmeriCorps members, AmeriCorps program staff, and general attendees. The vendor will provide high level technical assistance to workshop presenters, conference host i.e. staff and registrants on the day of the event. The vendor will have the system capacity to have virtual booth feature for over 40 organizations. The vendor will have the system capacity to provide interactive gamification features to conference attendees such as photo booth, virtual scavenger hunt and/or point tracking system. The vendor will have the system capacity with program features that allows conference attendees to evaluate conference and provide feedback. The vendor will have the system capacity to provide interface features custom designed to the conference needs. The vendor will have the system capacity to host over 40 sessions including the ability for multiple live sessions to occur at the same times. The vendor will have the system capacity to offer a Social Media interface that allows conference attendees to post directly to the website. The vendor will have the system capacity to provide access to conference library/materials for a period of no less than ten months after the conference.
