NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARDThe Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH), Contracting Office on behalf of Headquarters Installation Military Command (IMCOM), intends to negotiate with CRVI Riverwalk Hospitality LLC Doing Business As: Wyndham San Antonio River Walk, on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to procure logging, conference room space rental and audio visual support for IMCOM's Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) Combined Annual Training 2018 in San Antonio, Texas.MICC-FSH requires services to support the Survivor Outreach Services annual four (4) professional development training, held for 370 employees, to improve the quality of service provided to the Families of fallen Soldiers. The scope of work includes rental of 14 Breakout meeting rooms, 1 computer breakout room with 25 computers with local area

network (LAN) and WiFi Network Access connections, logistics, parking spaces and communications support to include install, operate, and maintain full operational capability of all Audio Visual (AV) equipment and control boards during all sessions throughout the training. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, and materials necessary to perform the services. In addition, the hotel must agree to block up-to 340 rooms not to exceed the Joint Travel Regulation's Per Diem rates for San Antonio, TX to allow the attendees to make individual reservations. All non-local attendees are required to stay at the hotel and are responsible for paying their own individual lodging bill with a Government Travel Card.The period of performance: 18-24 August 2018.The NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $32.5M. MICC-FSH anticipates negotiating and awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Wyndham San Antonio River Walk for this requirement.Interested parties that believe they could satisfy the requirements listed above for MICC-FSH may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. This notice of intent is not a solicitation. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
