The scope of work for the Project includes all disciplines necessary to complete the remaining design and perform the construction of the Monument, including, without limitation, all on-site and off-site work. This Notice is to solicit PQPs from design-build teams (including contractors and design professionals) based on the RFQ requirements and shortlisted design-build teams will be invited to submit a proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) as the second part of the selection process.
