Sealed bids shall be uploaded to Vendor Registry https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/RockHillSchools, hand delivered, or mailed to the following address: Rock Hill Schools, Procurement Services, 386 East Black Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730, at which time and place all bids will be opened and read publicly. *The solicitation number and opening date must appear on the submittal envelope addressed to Lee Faris, Procurement Officer, Rock Hill Schools. The bid opening will begin promptly at the time stated above. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. shall be late. Late bids shall not be considered

for award and will be returned to the bidder unopened. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted on April 11, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Rock Hill Schools, Procurement Services, 386 East Black Street, Rock Hill, SC 29730. Interested Contractors must contact Campco Engineering, Inc., 156 Oakland Avenue, Suite 100, Rock Hill, SC 29730, telephone 803-327-7121 to obtain Bid Documents. The cost of the printed Bid Documents, including Plans and Specifications, is $75.00 for each printed set and is non- refundable. Checks shall be made payable to Campco Engineering, Inc. Electronic files, in PDF format only, can be downloaded from the Engineer’s FTP site and are free of charge. An executed Electronic Media Transfer Agreement Form (available from engineer) is required for electronic files. A bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Rock Hill Schools, or a satisfactory Bid Bond, executed by the Bidder and acceptable Surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractor's attention is called to the requirements relative to the Contractor's License. No contract will be awarded hereunder to any contractor who has not been properly licensed by the South Carolina Licensing Board of Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bids.
