Aquatic Facility Management Services

The City of Clayton is inviting qualified companies to submit proposals to provide aquatic facility management services at the Shaw Park Aquatic Center and The Center of Clayton in accordance with the specifications contained within the available RFP. It is the desire of the City to award an exclusive contract with a Contractor for the right to manage and operate the Shaw Park Aquatic Center and the Center of Clayton Aquatic Facilities.  The City has established special and specific qualifications for the proposals to assure quality of the provided service.  This quality assurance is to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of those persons utilizing the facilities.  The Contractor who operates the Shaw Park Aquatic Center and Center of Clayton Aquatic Facility shall possess skill and experience to perform quality work as solely determined by the City, which qualifies it to operate the facilities as detailed and specified. 
Proposals must be signed and marked “City of Clayton Aquatics Operations Proposal” and delivered to The Center of Clayton, 50 Gay Avenue, Clayton, MO 63105, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. 
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
