Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for on-call ICE and Construction Scheduler in Support of Progressive Design-Build Project Development and Construction Services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will require the submittal of an electronic PDF file of the Statement of Qualifications (SQQ) as stated in Section IV "Submission of Statements of Qualifications (SQQ)". The work shall be performed on the Project within the limits of Caltrans District 10. The specific location of the work to be performed shall be

identified in each Task Order. It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting an Statement of Qualifications.
