TITLE: FA480920Q0070, Sole Source Acquisition for Outward Mindset TrainingThe 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Arbinger Institute. The required items to be purchased are:This procurement will be for all the materials, training, and travel to have Arbinger Institute provide four (4) Sessions of Outward Mindset Training to individuals on Seymour Johnson AFB.APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:  This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), Soliciting From A Single Source. Arbinger Institute has proprietary rights to the Outward Mindset Program course materials and digital products, therefore, is the only company who can provide this training.Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 9 July 2020 at 2:00 PM EST.
