CSU Solid Waste Pick-up and Disposal Agency Contract

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide CSU Solid Waste Pick-up and Disposal Agency Contract to the Columbus State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. This electronic Request for Proposals is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Solid Waste Pick-up and Disposal services to our campus locations in Columbus, GA: Main Campus (4225 University Avenue, Columbus, GA 31907 and River Park Campus (various address in the Uptown Columbus area) for The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on Behalf of Columbus State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. It is governed by USG Public Works Rules. Services under this contract include, but are not limited to, furnishing and servicing designated solid waste disposal containers of various sizes and locations on both Columbus State University campuses. The approximate annual solid waste tonnage for Columbus State University is estimated to be 820 tons for both campuses combined. The Contractor should have or be willing to have a local service team that can respond to campus needs within 24 hours' notice. The contractor must be able to handle CSU campuses solid waste complete volume in house, sub-contracting or splitting of the service at a campus will not be acceptable.
