The selected individuals or firms will have experience in: (1) Appraisal of varied interests in real properties and preparation of appraisal reports that meet the requirements of federal and state law; (2) Reviewing appraisal reports prepared by others to confirm that such reports meet the requirements of federal and state law; (3) testifying as an expert witness in condemnation trials or other court proceedings, if necessary; and (4) other appraisal-related services.
