In addition to the parking lot, the scope of work includes grading/earthwork, a concrete shuttle pickup/drop-off plaza, and lighting and electrical improvements, There is an Additive Bid Schedule B: This scope includes a pre-engineered shade shelter that will be installed on the concrete shuttle pickup/drop-off plaza. There is an Additive Bid Schedule C: This scope includes the addition of site furnishings including benches, bike racks, and trash/recycle receptacles. There is an Additive Bid Schedule D: This scope includes the landscape improvements of the parking lot perimeter planting and irrigation improvements.
