THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. ANTICIPATED RELEASE OF RFP IS 14 June 2017. THIS ACQUISTION APPROACH WILL BE FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THIS WILL BE A 5 YEAR FIRM- FIXED PRICE INDEFINITE QUANTITY INDEFINITE DELIVERY TYPE CONTRACT WITH FIVE ONE YEAR ORDERING PERIODS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

In order to propose on this acquisition, all vendors must submit a Pre-Award Qualification requirements and be approved. We anticipate that this will be a price only competition among the qualified vendors. Technical Data Package will be posted when solicitation is uploaded. Pre-Award Qualification requirements have been posted.

This requirement is for a five year (five one year ordering periods), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract for the manufacture of the LAU-12X Structural Rail Section (Structural Component), NSN 1440-01-492-1196, part number 7002791-6, is used on the AIM-120 missile launcher. This is acquisition approach will be full and open competition. The following items is required: NSN: 1420-01-492-1196; P/N: 7002791; NOUN: Structural Component; Length 103 in, width 4.0 in, height 6.0, weight 90.0 LB.; MATERIAL: Aluminum Alloy; Quantity: First Articles (FA) 2 ea., Ordering Period I - 252 ea., Ordering Periods II-V 250 ea.


DELIVERY: FAs are due 395 Days ARO award to FD2060, Robins AFB Ga. Production items are due 300 days after FA approval to SW3119, Robins AFB Ga.
