The space is identified as an area 200 ft. X 125 ft. on Assessors’ Parcel Identification Number 4885. The lease shall be for a period of twenty (20) years. RFP’s will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., April 29, 2024 at the Select Board/Town Administrator’s Office, Town of Wilbraham, 240 Springfield Street, Wilbraham, MA 01095. Bids will be publicly opened at approximately 2:05 p.m. in the Select Board’s Meeting Room at the same address. Late RFP’s will not be considered. Publication Date/Time: 3/27/2024 4:00 PM Closing Date/Time: 4/29/2024 2:00 PM Miscellaneous: Interested parties will be able to schedule appointments to conduct testing at the Sites the week of April 15-19, 2024.
