Satellite Communication Devices and Airtime Project Description :This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is an invitation by the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador to prospective Respondents to submit Quotations for a Master Standing Offer Agreement (MSOA) for Satellite Communication Devices and Airtime. The resulting MSOA shall permit any Government Department and any public body, having delegated purchasing authority to the Province for the purposes of this procurement, to order Satellite Communication Devices and Airtime on an “as and when required
