Printing and Mailing Services Project Description :This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Town of Cochrane (the “Town”) to submit non-binding proposals to provide daily banking services for 1 year term, as further described in Appendix A (the “Services”). A significant portion of Printing Services deliverables consist of receiving tax and assessment, utilities, business licence, and planning and development mailouts; printing these documents and envelopes to required standards; and delivering them to the local Canada Post facility for distribution to Clients. The majority of the Brochures, Letters and Forms are provided to the selected Contractor in an electronic document template for the insertion of data and rendering into a final deliverable format. The Town considers the issuance and distribution of these documents as crucial to its operations as it involves handing a significant amount of sensitive Client data. Providing the services requires close collaboration between the Town and the Contractor to communicate, validate and protect the
