and Launch Control Centers (LCCs).Contractor support is required for remediation and disposal of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) within the MAF/LCCs. The program will be supported via a Firm Fixed Price (FFP)/Time and Material (T&M) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract covering sites located in Utah, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Colorado and California. The contract shall be responsible for furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and licensing necessary to perform all aspects of the PCB remediation and disposal.Please carefully review the attached FAR 52.212-1 & 52.212-2 Addendums for instructions on submitting offers.ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT:The distribution of the PWS and related documents is limited to contractors with a DD2345 certified by the Defense Logistics Information Service, Joint Certification Program (1-877-352-2255) and who have a legitimate business purpose. As such, the PWS and related documents cannot be provided to a contractor without a certification.
