The Contractor shall present guidance material and training for water quality and stormwater practices in support of the Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Division of Environmental Analysis, Stormwater Management Program, District 43. 1) Contractor shall provide qualified trainers to deliver in-person, pre-established, Caltrans provided training modules to Caltrans staff pertaining to stormwater management practices for the planning, design, construction, and operation and maintenance of transportation facilities.
