A Sample of Larimer County’s “Professional Services Agreement” is included with this Request for Quote as Attachment A - Professional Services Agreement. Any exceptions or requested additions to the attached agreement must be stated and submitted with your Quote; these requests will not be accepted after the Quote has closed.
