MULTIPLE CASES FOR INSTALLATION & OPERATOR & MAINTENANCE TRAINING

This DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for the procurement of Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) Operator Training, Maintenance Training and Installation of various equipment to include but is not limited to generators and thermal weapon systems for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The countries include but are not limited to Hungary, Burkina Faso, and Morocco.Please note this is a DRAFT PWS is being released in order to provide potential offerors the opportunity to review the PWS and ask questions prior to the release of the formal solicitation. Due to time constraints, the solicitation may only be able to be posted for 2-3 weeks.ALL questions are to be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Nordell, Contract Specialist, via email to elizabeth.m.nordell.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 AM eastern 31 July 2018. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed.Depending on the amount of questions received, a solicitation is expected to be released on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) within a few weeks. Quotes submitted prior to the official solicitation release will not be accepted.
