rel="no-follow" href="mailto:jennifer.anderson@surfcity-hb.org">jennifer.anderson@surfcity-hb.org Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The Office of the City Manager is seeking a highly experienced and professional graphic facilitator(s)/graphic facilitation services firm(s) that can assist the City to collect, facilitate, and visualize ideas and discussions at various group meetings of City Councilmembers, staff, and community stakeholders. The selected facilitator(s) will also provide a training to City staff and offer a train-the-trainer workshop to City staff so that the City can expand its capacity to widely utilize visual facilitation techniques throughout the organization. Ultimately, through City Council priorities focused on community engagement and a local government of exceptionality, the City plans to work closely with the selected facilitator(s) to transform in-person and on-line meetings into more productive, collaborative, and fun sessions for idea generation, team alignment, strategic planning, and effectiveness. By injecting this new, creative communication tools and resources to the City’s internal and external meetings, the City hopes to inspire consensus building, innovation, and positive organizational change.
