This request includes equipment, licensing and an option for the services of configuration and installation. Installation should include the removal of existing APs, installation of awarded equipment, labeling and inventory of each asset, securing AP with zip-tie or secondary securing mechanism to mounting bracket in proper orientation (commonly horizontal), and adding the AP to the appropriate wireless LAN controller/gateway/management solution, and ensuring AP is functional to pass District defined testing. Replaced legacy APs will be inventoried and packaged for

disposal, preferably manufacturer education credits. Equipment quantities are listed below and are intended to be estimates. These quantities should be used in the price sheet template provided. Exact quantities ordered may differ from the quantities listed and may be based on predictive surveys performed by Proposer or the District. Project start-up is expected to commence after April 1, 2023.
