Contractor is responsible for both design and construction work.The anticipated period of performance is one year with up to four (4) one-year option periods. The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 for the initial period of performance.A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 1:00pm in the ANC Environmental Conference Room, C3700B on the third floor of the
