PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute a Business Activity Permit ADA-32203 covering vending machines throughout the South Terminal of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport for the convenience of snacks and drinks for airport employees as well as traveling public. 
APPLICANT: Vend Alaska.
TERM: April 01, 2018 to March 31, 2023. 
AUTHORIZED USES: Various snack and drink products in the vending machines.                                  This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W. International Airport Road, Anchorage, Alaska 99502.  Comments or competing applications may be submitted in writing to: Attn: Lisa Moore, Leasing Officer, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, P.O. Box 196960, Anchorage, Alaska, 99519-6960, but
must be received by 5:00 P.M. on or before Date March 7th, 2018, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the Permit. It is the policy of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) that no person shall be excluded from participation in, or be denied benefits of any and all programs or activities we provide based on race, religion, gender, age, marital status, ability, or national origin, regardless of the funding source including Federal Transit Administration, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Highway Administration and State of Alaska Funds.
