Lease Agreement ADA-32203 Vend Alaska at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport

PROPOSAL TO LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute a Business Activity Permit ADA-32203 covering vending machines throughout the South Terminal of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport for the convenience of snacks and drinks for airport employees as well as traveling public. 
APPLICANT: Vend Alaska.
TERM: April 01, 2018 to March 31, 2023. 
AUTHORIZED USES: Various snack and drink products in the vending machines.                                  This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W.
