The only scheduled site visit is after the Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for July 6, 2018, at 11:00 AM. If you cannot attend the scheduled site visit, contact the Facilities Department at 972-941-5514 to schedule a different date and time a reasonable amount of time prior to the deadline.
A site visit is mandatory before July 13, 2018, at 3:00 PM.
The Substitution Request deadline is July 11, 2018, at 5:00 PM.
All questions not asked at the initial site visit that follows the Pre-Bid Meeting shall be asked and answered through BidSync.
Added on Jul 12, 2018:Addendum 1 has been added. Description:
Furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision as required by the specifications and drawings; and enter the number of calendar days to complete from being given the notice to proceed.
