The Library's Voyager Integrated Library System (ILS) software is an enterprise-wide mission-critical system that supports the core functions of the Library and all its service units. The Library has six production Voyager databases, which represent the collections of the Library; the Handbook of Latin American Studies; the Cataloging Distribution Service MARC products; the National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled; CRS's collection; and the U.S. Copyright Office's pre-registration records. Taken together these databases contain over 66 million bibliographic records. The Voyager on line public access catalog (catalog.toe.gov) is the most visited site on the Library's presence on the Web. It receives approximately 300,000 to 500,000 searches per day. Maintenance services needs to include 24X7 access to support services (Help Desk via telephone and trouble ticket system via the Web) and problem resolution; technical and functional documentation; advice and consultation on system performance, functionality and information security. Maintenance is needed to revise and upgrade the software regularly to implement new functionality and maintain the software on a supported platform. The renewal of our license and maintenance contract ensures that the Library has access to software that is supported by Ex Libris as required by the Library's Information Security
