The 18th Contracting Squadron does not intend to award a contract on the basis of responses nor otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted. As a result of this Sources Sought the 18th Contracting Squadron may issue a Request for Quote (RFQ).Equipment Description:The platform trailers will need to have the following characteristics: a pintle hitch, hydraulic deck needs to be able to completely lower to the ground, a winch, carrying capacity of at least 8,000 lbs, and a loading surface area of at least 6ft x12 ft. The trailer MUST NOT be classified as a vehicle as defined by 49 CFR 571. Contractor must be able to ship to Kadena AB, Japan directly or provide shipment to the DLA Distribution Facility located in Tracy, CA
