Applicants who can identify residents with gas-fired stoves is preferred. Once enrolled, applicants will serve as a point of contact for residents, helping to manage relationships with residents and communicate with them as improvements are completed. The City is seeking funding through the

Environmental Protection Agency’s Government-to-Government program, which would fund these activities over a three year period.
