The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make the appropriate acquisition decision(s) and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238220.The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking a source to perform Air Balance Testing and Analysis Report Services for the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHCS) located at 11201 Benton Street, Loma Linda, CA 92357. Vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, expertise, incidentals, labor, materials, parts, supervision, supplies, tools, transportation, and qualified personnel required to perform

measurements of room, adjust and record air flow to obtain required cubic feet per minute and provide a test and balance analysis report upon work completion at select rooms in the veterinary medical unit (VMU) in accordance with OSHA, ASHRAE, ANSI, CA state and industry standards. Vendor must be an authorized service representative and possess credentials indicating such from the state of California. Vendor shall perform all services in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws / regulations.
