Hoar Construction, the awarded CM/GC for the Columbia State Community College William County Center Relocation - Parking Garage Structure is inviting all interested subcontractors and vendors to submit complete bids for New Classroom Building. The project consists of site development of the 6.75-acre site and construction of a 41,750 SF, 3-story steel structure Arts & Technology Building at the Columbia State Community College, Williamson County Center in Franklin, TN. Site work includes demolition, grading, erosion control, storm sewer systems, underground water systems, sanitary sewer systems etc. The building includes structural components on concrete foundations, slab-on-grade, structural and miscellaneous steel and steel trusses. Building facade/envelope consists of brick, limestone, metal panels, curtainwall, shingle & EPDM roofing.
