Bid Title:Hampton Avenue Phase III Engineering RFQ (QBS) Category:Professional ServicesStatus:Open Description: The Village of Western Springs, Illinois (“Requestor”) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from qualified engineering firms to provide Phase III Construction Engineering services related to the Hampton Avenue LAFO Resurfacing (“Project”). The RFQ will follow a qualifications based selection (QBS) process. The complete RFQ document and other related documents can be downloaded using the below links.Qualifications must be received at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois 60558, no later than 9:00 A.M., April 1, 2024. Qualifications may be submitted by mail, delivery service, or in person. Faxed or emailed Qualifications will not be accepted. In-person deliveries will only be accepted at Village Hall during the Village’s current hours of operation. Qualifications received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
