Base Year plus 4 each Option Years:Bulk liquid medical grade oxygen. To include one annual inspection to both Government owned primary (3000 gallon) and reserve (300 gallon) tanks to include calibrations, labor, parts, materials, and time, excluding disposable and consumable supply items. Contractor will provide a Certificate of Analysis to state purity of bulk medical grade liquid oxygen (no less than 99%) when delivered.Telemetry device rental (2 units per month) to include remote service/ application diagnostic support (telemetry) for the primary and backup vessels. Additional inclusions (i.e. includes field modifications such as safety corrections by the Contractor or requested by the Government).Delivery fee for Bulk Medical Grade Liquid OxygenHazMat fee for Bulk Medical Grade Liquid
