In accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. The Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center Located in Indianapolis, IN intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Skytron, LLC. They are located at 5085 Corporate Exchange Blvd SE, Grand Radids, MI 49512. Skytron shall provide preventive maintenance and repairs for the Skytron Lights and Booms. The Lights and Booms are a proprietary design, therefore another firm would not be familiar with the rationale of the design; not be able to accurately address Request for Information (RFI s); or accurately maintain this equipment, which is critical for proper patient care, as well as a sound product. The preventative maintenance and repair of the Skytron Lights and Booms at the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W 10th St. Indianapolis, IN 46202. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310. The size standard is $11.0 million. Interested parties that can meet the capabilities and requirements, may identify their interest, and submit quotations. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements, must submit information about their capabilities no later than NOON EST, 10/17/2022.
